Camping Membership Info
Our camping membership allows you to camp any day you would like. Just come into the camp store and ask us what sites are available. You may also request certain sites in advance and request towing service using a form on our Member’s Only webpage.
You may keep your camper on a site for a maximum 21 days in a 28 day period. Then your camper must be stored in our storage area or taken off the property. After 7 days, you can begin a new 21 day camping cycle. This “21-On-7-Off” system allows our members to experience camping in different areas of the park.
Once per season, you may pay the Good Sam weekly rate to bypass the 7 day off-period and camp a total of 49 consecutive days.
We also offer permanent-seasonal sites to our members. You can keep your camper on a seasonal site year round for a flat annual fee with no daily utility charges.
Camping Membership Pricing
To begin your camping membership, you will pay an initiation fee of $3,500.00
This fee includes your first year of annual dues and first year of storage.
Every year after your sign-on year, you will pay $535.00 to keep your membership active. If you are utilizing our camper storage area, you will also pay an additional $350.00 every year per item in storage.
For each day your camper is on a site, you will pay a utility fee of $11.00 per day for 30 AMP or $12.00 per day for 50 AMP.
(Each member is allowed to store only one camper or one cargo trailer maximum!)
(We do not provide any pro-rating of the initiation fee. We suggest starting your membership early in the calendar year!)

Permanent-Seasonal Site Info
Our permanent-seasonal sites currently have a waiting list of approximately 1 year. You must have an active camping membership to get on the waiting list.
You may keep your camper on a site permanently, year-round. However, camping is only allowed April 1st to November 1st!
Seasonal site holders first pay a deposit for their site due by November 1st. Anyone that has given up their seasonal site and not paid their deposit will have their site put in the available pool. We then go down the wait-list offering the newly available sites to members based on campatibility (camper length and amperage).
The seasonal site fees below are in addition to your $535.00 in annual membership dues! Seasonal site fees can be paid in 5 monthly installments through the winter months starting with your deposit due by November 1st.
