Camping Membership Info
Our camping membership allows you to camp any day you would like. Just come into the camp store and ask us what sites are available. You may also request certain sites in advance and request towing service using a form on our Member’s Only webpage.
You may keep your camper on a site for a maximum 21 days in a 28 day period. Then your camper must be stored in our storage area or taken off the property. After 7 days, you can begin a new 21 day camping cycle. This “21-On-7-Off” system allows our members to experience camping in different areas of the park.
Once per season, you may pay the Good Sam weekly rate to bypass the 7 day off-period and camp a total of 49 consecutive days.
We also offer permanent-seasonal sites to our members. You can keep your camper on a seasonal site year round for a flat annual fee with no daily utility charges.
Camping Membership Pricing
To start your camping membership, there is a one-time initiation fee of $3,500.
This fee includes the current year’s annual dues and camper storage.
Beginning the following year, the ongoing annual costs are:
Annual Dues: $600
Camper Storage (optional): $550 per year
Whenever your camper is on a campsite, a daily utility fee applies:
$15 per day for 30 AMP service
$16 per day for 50 AMP service
Each non-seasonal member may store one camper maximum.
The initiation fee is not pro-rated, so we recommend starting your membership early in the calendar year to get the most value!

Permanent-Seasonal Site Info
Our permanent seasonal sites currently have a waiting list of about one year.
To join the waiting list, you must have an active camping membership.
Seasonal site holders are permitted to keep their camper on their site year-round, though camping is only allowed from April 1st through November 1st.
Each year, seasonal site holders must pay a site deposit by November 1st to renew their spot for the following season.
If a deposit is not received, the site is released back into the available pool. We then contact members on the waiting list and offer those sites based on camper compatibility (length and electrical amperage).
Please note:
Seasonal site fees are in addition to the $600 annual membership dues.
Seasonal fees can be paid in five monthly installments during the winter, starting with your deposit due November 1st.
